Vulva Voce

The final group we saw at Urkult. They were so good we were happy to go home a little early, sure that this was the best note to finish on!
This is the Danslogen stage. Indoors, which can be good if it rains but with the weather we are having it got VERY warm in there! (It was probably where I caught my cold!)
This Youtube link shows them performing two 16th Century madrigals by composer, singer and lutenist Maddalena Casulana. They play beautifully here, and they played both these pieces at Urkult, but they also played some very modern music, written by them, linked to these madrigals. (Madrigal meets techno!)
