Tricolour Sandwich

Met Elaine in Harrogate for lunch.
First we went to TOAST just for a look ( but l do have a gift voucher to spend there). Lots to like and a pair of their trainers are a serious contender but l need to go back with my special insoles ( for my plantar fasciitis) to first see if the insoles can replace the one already in situ and secondly to see if the trainer will still fit my foot.
We then had a coffee at Fik before a bit more browsing but no spending.
Since the town lost its branch of Côte we are a bit stuck of where to go to eat. Don’t get me wrong there are lots of establishments to choose from but we no longer have a go to place.
Remembered we had enjoyed a couple of meals at Stuzzi so walked down the hill to see if we could get a table.
We did and sat in the conservatory. I wa# going to have a meal but decided on this tricolour sandwich, the classic mozzarella, tomato and basil in Focaccia. So good but l could only eat half and had the half in this  photograph boxed up. l  brought it home for my evening meal and it was just as good the second time around.
