Christmas in July

Have been to a Christmas in July celebration with Julian tonight and it was a lot of fun and food and funny situations! ; ).   
The people who run the sports clubs (basketball, soccer and bowling) for people with disabilities put this event on every year and it’s a fantastic night out for all those involved.  The food was excellent and then there was a lot of dancing and handing out prizes for all those who participated in the games throughout the year.  
The three ladies who have run the clubs since 1993 are all retiring and new people are taking over so it was sad in one way to say goodbye to these hardworking wonderful people and happy in another way that other equally nice people are stepping up and taking over where they left off!! 
The event was at the home of the West Coast Eagles football club in Lathlain in one of the function rooms hence the image of Australian Rules footballers - in case you were wondering! LoL  ; )
