Baking

Bit of a grey old day, and the first Saturday I've had to myself for a while. Went down town this morning and bought a cushion and scarf! There are some fabulous little independent shops in Deal. A little old lady struck up conversation outside one, telling me that the outfit in the window was just my colour, bless her!

Came home and the urge to cook took over, so I tried this Nigel Slater recipe - meringues with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate drizzled over them. Absolutely delicious! Gotta love Nige!!
