Junior Bake Off part deux

This is a follow up from yesterday’s entry.

Ten year old granddaughter F chose a cheesecake from the Family Recipe Book.

The original recipe comes from my sister - in - law Joan and must not be tampered with in any way.
It is the best cheesecake in the world and should not be dusted with icing sugar, nor contaminated by fruit or fruit coulis.

Here it is, 24 hours after being baked (an obligatory delay) ready to be eaten.
