Backstage

Oh the glamour of a radio producer's life.

This is the fifth year that I've had a sell out show on the Fringe... Each year, I produce a short story series for Radio 4 called Comic Fringes, in which comedians play around with the short story form. It's recorded at the BBC's venue at Potterow. It always feels like a privilege to be part of the Fringe and to work with so many great talents. This year, Jenny Eclair, Aisling Bea and Sanjeev Kohli took part. Past contributors include Sarah Millican, Bridget Christie, Russell Kane.

Jenny's story went out on Radio 4 yesterday (available here on iPlayer), Aisling's will go out on Friday 30th August at 3.45 and Sanjeev's on 6th September.
