Indoor Day

The rain arrived around midday. The wind was icy cold. We had showers throughout the afternoon and evening.

I meet my friend at the Hornby pool and we did 20 minutes of aqua jogging before the Move and Mingle class started. That is a half hour class followed by a drink and a biscuit. It was good to get back into the pool again. 

Mickey did go outside but once the rain started he was happy to stay indoors.
