Back down to Porty for a soundbath. As usual, so good. 
This was the first and only affirmation card I picked up, quite relevant. 
Came back to mine and could hear Oasis from Murrayfield.  The wind is working hard as its miles away. 

Earlier I woke mid morning and was so tired, so managed a supermarket trip then the sofa beckoned.
