Heather Sunrise

I woke in plenty of time to make the drive up onto the Chase for a sunrise across the heather in Sherbrooke Valley. Of late I've struggled to make a sunrise, but now, as the daylight hours shorten expect to see some more effort on my part to enjoy this time of day.

After breakfast I had to visit the hospital to collect a pack with preparation material for Monday's procedure. I shall not eat any solids for about 24 hours prior to the appointment so I should at least lose some weight. That can't hurt.
