It's Raymond, my son-in-law's, 35th birthday. An avid member of the Tartan Army, lover of cooking, beer and 'Dixie' his dog, Raymond is also owner of Timmy the tortoise. Ray now lives in Edinburgh but Timmy has stayed behind in the North-east with his Mum and sister in Inverallochy. Today I took a run round past his house and found Timmy having a gentle stroll in the garden. He looked quizzically at me but seemed totally unfazed.
