A day of more goodbyes. I tried to speak to most of the team today on a one-to-one basis. We are getting together next week but I doubt I will have the opportunity to have those conversations, so did it today. It was quite emotional.

Spoke to our CFO and told him to sort out my young padawan's pay increase. So hopefully that gets sorted.

Managed a good lunchtime power ramble.
