A Hint of Spring?

I was driving along a local road this morning when I saw a very large tree in full blossom. I am guessing it’s plum blossom. I stopped and photographed branches high above me being blown in the gentle breeze. A challenge. The day has been mild, 17C….. the highest in the country. No wonder I felt a little over-dressed when I took Ruby for her river walk at lunchtime.
However the mild weather will not hold due to a predicted, strong, cold southerly change with snow to low levels moving up from the deeep south this evening.
