Last week before the holidays so tradition each week is for a message with the banana gram letters for one wee rascal that comes in with his mum.

Mad day at work including two big emergencies. One, a diabetic, I referred in June urgently as was about to lose his macula. 15 week waiting list. Still not been seen. Guess what? He’s lost his macula and sight dropped irreparably to counting fingers.
:(((.

Counselling him alone took half an hour plus urgent referral and notifying the GP. In between juggling an already busy clinic pooped!
