Holiday Treat?

A nice morning, which turned into a nice day, and a momentous day. It was TT’s last day at work. His area is to be restructured, the future if his post was uncertain, so he applied for voluntary severance, and was successful, as were a few of his colleagues. He has no idea what, if anything, will be next. He’s going to enjoy not going to work for a while though, and I’m sure it will feel like he is on holiday for a while.

There was a formal leaving event last week, and an informal ‘celebration’ today/tonight. He was home late!!

Meanwhile I was busy at work, with no time for a lunch break. I was on tea tonight, then BB and I went for a walk.

Another blipless day apart from this. An interesting ‘treat’ brought back from China by a colleague who was on holiday there. Jelly pouches, which also contained a piece of mango. Weird!
