Saffron Walden.

We stopped off in Saffron Walden on our way to Cambridge for a couple of days. We used to live close by and haven’t been back since 1999!

It was as lovely as we remembered it.

We really wanted to go to the excellent Fry Gallery to see the work of Edward Bawden, Eric RAVILIOUS and the other Great Bardfield artists. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.
