I’ll think twice next time!

I offered to make a label for one of the ladies at our quilting group who had just made her first quilt.

I print the ones I use on my quilts, this works because I don’t wash them frequently, they are used for show and don’t get dirty.

I did a printed one, then thought I should do a machined one that would be more durable. I’ve put the pieces in a box and some ribbon that can be used to frame the added label.

The next meeting is in a week’s time, so I’m all prepared. It’s ages since I did the last sewn ones and it took forever to remember how to program in the text in my machine.

I needed to do some bag labels for R’s Leo, so whilst the brain is functioning I will deal with them.

It rained heavily this afternoon to our surprise, it wasn’t forecast, but saved me having to water the neighbour’s new turf.
