Cock-a-doodle do!

This is very much an emergency blip of a ceramic cockerel that I bought for my mother many years ago and which now lives in our kitchen. 

It's been a busy day, one way or another, finishing with us taking Ivy to the vet.  Since yesterday, she has yelped when jumping up into the car or onto the sofa.  Apart from that, she seems fine in herself but we just wanted to get her checked out.  The vet gave her a really thorough once over and she didn't yelp or wince, so none of us are any the wiser.  It might be a torn muscle or something.  Anyway, we now have some painkillers for her so hopefully it will just resolve itself.  She certainly enjoyed her supper when we got home!
