Back To Birkhead's

Mr YB and I love to visit Birkhead's Secret Garden which is just a couple of miles from where we live.  However, we have visited it 3 times within 12 days which is a record for us.  

The first time was to renew our annual passes and have a look around as we had not been for a few weeks.  One week later we took our son and daughter-in-law to see it and they loved it and today we met up there with my friend and her husband who live in Doncaster.  I had told her how nice the gardens are and she has been wanting to see them for a while so today was the day.  She really liked them.  We sat outside having lunch and catching up on each others news.  

Very kindly, she brought us some home made cake - lemon drizzle and date and walnut.
