Thursday

After I posted yesterday, a wasp got inside Clive's shirt and stung him twice!  We've had a chat and decided we shall continue to support them and not call in an exterminator.

Walk this morning, followed by a visit to the Caen Hill cafe. Hetty's first ice-cream since Stoke on Trent.

Cathy has asked I bring some landscape photos when my art course starts. This view is of the "magic" pound. So called by the CRT because the kingfishers and otters have been spotted here.

I then went to Chippenham for a hygienist appointment. As I am obsessive about my own oral hygiene, all was good.

Home to a late lunch.

This afternoon, I'm completing the three final squares before the next stage of my Billie Blanket.

I mis calculated and have run out of yarn for the inner circles. I thought I had 100. It turns out I only have 97.

I've raided my tiny bits of scrap yarn and am improvising. I'm the only one who'll notice.

The 97 correct squares are today's extra.

Warm and blowy.
