Rhinefall

The sheer power of water! These falls are breath-taking. The waterfall of the Rhine, near the German border in the north of Switzerland.

Proud of the editing here, although I have yet to see it on a proper screen! Mostly done in RAW conversion. Even though I was aware of how bright the scene was (kind of like shooting in snow), I still managed to underexpose all the damn photos. Tricky shooting conditions, plus water spray everywhere!

Lots of driving today, and not the best of weather, but we saw some more landscapes in the Appenzell and made it to Basel on time to return the rented car. We visited the town a bit in the evening as well, and stayed the night in a B&B.
I’m no longer ill, and Uuna the dog is doing a lot better as well! She was sick most of the journey, probably from eating some bad food and a bit too much grass, but still had a good time running around everywhere!
