Making Ciabatta Bread

My grandson made ciabatta bread today. He did all the steps by himself. He was so proud serving it at dinner tonight. His cousins declared that his bread was the best they had ever tasted.  My granddaughter wants me to teach her how to make ciabatta bread tomorrow.
