My visit to the nutritionist
This is the recommendation.... it looks like one size fits all.
I will stick to it with some modifications: no white bread, white rice, maybe a little bit of pasta etc., no cheese, no meat or processed food, pastries etc.
I love my veggies - all I have to do is make sure I will eat a little bit of protein with it.... voila.
Also: eat 3 meals a day and snacks in the AM and PM, so I have to eat more small meals. I am cooking my own food, don't eat anything that is in a package. That makes grocery shopping very easy and it's so inexpensive. My food budget did not go up, I am no longer buy in those big supermarkets, where the fruits and vegetables are so expensive. I am so lucky to have alternatives here. There are shops where the real chefs/cooks are buying all we need at very reasonable prices. I hope this is not too confusing for you all...... it's easy for me. I am not sick and this is all to prevent diseases ....... in the future.
Oh... also daily exercise. I got that down too.
But: when I am having my party one Friday, none of these rules apply.
