Kuranda

Today went to Kuranda- a beautiful village up in the rainforest- used to be the home of lots of hippies and now has been commercialised but is still a great place. Had a walk along the wonderfully named Jum Run Walk in the rainforest to get a taste of the wild side- great fun. Then down on the sky rail which is such a brill experience- thoroughly recommend it to anyone travelling around Queensland. Going over the top of the rainforest on a sky rail is so good. Next we drove down to Yorkies Knob- beautiful beach- for a lovely swim. I do like these Ozzy names!!
