Sorry it's Plums again

Now I don't need to worry about climbing a ladder to get them that storm brought nearly all of them down, I have another bowl full as well as these, some just about ripe but a lot not ready yet as you can see, so what to do with the unripe ones. 
Plus I am not sure about the windfalls, although they can be made into apple sauce or an apple cake I suppose.

Spent ages picking them all up, then I mowed the top lawn, which is now looking rather dry. and I have bad back. I shall suffer tomorrow.

A nice day, no rain so had to hand water the plants which were really flagging, clean out and fill up the big bird bath which was almost dry.

Did some washing, all dry.

No wonder I ache, Paula says I am a workaholic, don't know where she got that idea. tomorrow I will be doing nothing, well maybe sort out what to do with all the fruit. Might just make that apple cake for afternoon tea.
