Old Ladies
Another day, another moth! I found this one hiding in the boiler cupboard at my mother's house. I think it is an Old Lady, so called because it resembles a shawl an old lady might wear.
This morning we met another estate agent and also did more tidying up in the garden and some cleaning of the house.
On our way back to Winchester, we stopped at the home of a very old friend of mine. D and I met aged 5 years old and were very close until we were 11, and our families both moved way from Harrow. They went to Worcester, we not quite as far as Watford. Over the years ,we have kept in touch by letter and occasional meetings. However, today was the first time we had met for thirty years! How fast time has flown. So now I suppose we are old ladies, too, but we weren't wearing our shawls this afternoon, as it was rather warm sitting in D and R's garden. See extra of Diane and me.
