On The Boardwalk

D found a walk we could do with good views. He did a lot more steps than me as I didn’t fancy the steep descent and subsequent climb. We stopped for crepes and ice cream in town on the way back.
We spent the afternoon by the pool and I actually got my shoulders under! I’m LOLing my way through David Nichols’ ‘you are here’ which is a great read, very funny and will appeal to lovers of the Lake District.
We are wearing our ‘Brit on holiday’ hats this evening and dining at the burger joint round the corner from the apartment.
