Gotcha Day

12 years ago this little black pup came into our lives. Alice named him Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All.

We celebrated the occasion with a favourite walk over the marsh. He helped with some weeding in between sunbathing. He did some digging of his own too, fortunately where I had identified a space for a new plant. He’s always interested in what we’re doing, earning the nickname DIY Dog.

The rest of the day passed pleasantly enough with cooking the dogs’ meals for a few days and some fruit flapjacks for us.
