Peacock Butterfly

Went for a walk to Cammo. First time in ages ‘managing’ there and back myself.

Sat at the Wetlands with a cuppa and cake. Then had a walk round the nature reserve with stops at seats.

Got back feeling knackered and still not feeling too good now just before tea but hopefully will settle after tea. If not early bed for me.

It’s going to be hard to gauge how far to walk comfortably but to get somewhere rather than round the Community Park all the time.


And not to beat myself up about it!
