Hover on Sunflower

Storm Floris didn't hit Orkney as much as it did the Highlands and Western Isles. It did knock over a stand of sunflowers in Arcadia Park, allowing me to get closer to this hoverfly. I think it Helophilus Pendulus. I kind of thought the name meant 'sun-loving' but that would be 'heliophilus', and it actually means 'dangling marsh-lover'.
