Decided to leave the putting of the kitchen to rights and go to White Water Centre - built for Olympics - for lunch. Our first visit this year.
Not very clear but rafts were abandoned after 3 times round the course and participants had to swim to shore.
FB went off to see what the ambulance crew were doing - probably training in rescuing.
