Thanks for all your good wishes for dad. He is glad to be back home but is still really uncomfortable. Hopefully he will get more appointments soon to start sorting the issues out. For now he is just on lots of painkillers and nerve blockers to try and help.

I am still a bit whacked but am gradually catching up on sleep. I had a nice early night and a few more of those should see me right.

I did lots more induction at work with my new colleague to help him start getting up to speed before the start of term.
