Flagging

Back to more of a Monday routine, though with a number of guests arriving (unusual for a Monday, but there's a pony show going on down the road and we seem to be accommodating several of the judges).

With J, and C here for tea and karate practice, we broke out the new game.  The tables at the AirBnB had been woefully too small for this.

The theme is climbing various mountains around the world, the higher ones needing more equipment, and more experience - the latter either by having climbed more smaller mountains or by being accompanied by other players or neutral 'companions' that you've collected during other climbs.

Mistakes were made and it played a bit long, but this was a 'learning game' and that's pretty much expected.  However, the theme and the rules made sense and it flowed OK once we'd got the hang of the iconography.
