In search of apples

We have an apple tree. Each year we try and pick a few before the wasps get them all. Heidi did a quality check and gave the thumbs up so we had a very productive Sunday having a go at making apple sauce. I watched a you tube video for a bit of inspiration. We now have a few jars of apple sauce that I’ll be trying to give away :) We have a plum tree too so it looks like jam will be next …
