POP

Today was the funeral of my uncle. I lived next door to him for several years. He was a big help to me in my young adulthood as I had a VW with many miles on it and he kept it on the road for me. I in return helped him paint the house, haul gravel under his house filling all the holes the chickens had made trimmed his yard weekly. I usually had supper there a few times a week. It was a give and take with us. Over the years hubby and I would take them crabs, fish and garden veggies. He in return helped keep our mowers running. Give and take. He will be sorely missed. I really like his old green truck!
