Saw lots of these fluffy seed heads in the hedge on our walk this morning.  Walked along a section of Hadrian's Wall footpath for a change.  Its quite a muddy footpath with numerous large puddles.  Not a footpath to walk along in the winter though.  Have had quite a lazy day today, just walking Tess and had a catch up phone call with a friend this afternoon.   Tess was happy this evening as met the three collies plus one other collie, a male who was very interested in her until she told him off more than once.  He eventually left her alone.
