Storm damage

We seem to have come off lightly - storm Floris cut off the electricity* and the water and the screeding that has been threatening for many years has finally fallen. The remainder is hanging clear of the wall, so will be going the same way shortly.

Not a job I can do neatly, so might have to call the builder in for this one!
