Tiny in Nature

Take you pick, the merging Sunflower bud, or the ant.  Both if you like.

Busy but successful day today.  Early start for us for a twenty to ten appointment in Newark with Mrs W’s RA specialist, followed by Xrays and blood tests.  As ever she didn’t want to give up any blood, referred to at our doctors as an ‘awkward bleeder’.  I could have told them that . . . (that’s me in trouble – again!)

Then to Sleaford on our way home to get our specs adjusted, followed by Greggs for lunch.  They do a mean sausage roll . . .

On arrival home we noticed a plant that had sprung up over the last few days which we did not recognise.  I took a snap on my telephone and Googled it, and it appears to be a sunflower.  Must have escaped from the birdfeeder.  We will let it grow – a first for us.

Anyway, I re-took it with my baby camera to get something good enough to blip.

Many thanks to ApolloFly for hosting TinyTuesday this month.
