Stained

A misty morning walk, the damp grass was superb on my bare feet. Juno chased a ball, she never gives it back to is a one off experience.

Cycled to work.

Work was a fog of farce.

Cycled home early, took eco daughter and pal to extra training. A really good intense session.

Home and over to the allotment to water the greenhouse and pick some tomatoes.
