It's A Noisy Little Critter....

.....and I haven't got a clue what it is.

We had a really nice breakfast then headed into the city which is really not far at all. We wanted to see if there was anywhere we could book up some trips. This is proving much harder than we first thought. They just expect everyone to have a car. If you can get to certain places there's lots to see and do. We don't have a car. I've never driven on the opposite side of the road before. I feel a bit stuck. But we are working on it.

Had a walk to the uni and saw Tom again. They only had a run to do for training today because thy won yesterday. However he got told to go and do a weights session so we went for another walk.

We walked up part of the rimrock. From the top of the rimrock you can see for miles. You could hear lots of little creatures in the bushes and rocks where we were walking. We heard one making a really strange very loud rattling sound. I couldn't believe it when it turned out to be this thing. It was making the noise when it flew.

We decided to go and watch a baseball game tonight. But we got a call from Tom and we have been invited to a team dinner. One of the boys parents is having everyone around for a meal. They don't live too far. So no baseball but I think the team dinner will be really nice....and it's nice that we have been asked to go.
