And vaguely in focus! One of those pictures that always fails if you are trying to do it!  This morning, Handyman Dave come to (unsuccessfully as it turned out) mend a previous "temporary fix" in my gutter. This is an ongoing saga. He said that if today's temporary fix doesn't work then he would have to get a whole new set of bits. I have suggested, on the basis that it will actually be cheaper in the long run, to call it a day on the temp fixes and go for the permanent one.  I think that this is what he is going to do. Then I popped down to P&S to entertain Ottilie while they had a meeting with their financial advisor. I think that all went well. Then home an then off to see Julie for a somewhat overdue pedicure. I feel better for that. And that's about it really. 8473 steps and calling it a day for today.
