After Floris

We sailed through the eye of the storm between 8 and 9am this morning and it was definitely a lumpy North Atlantic experience. The Captain finally opened external areas at about 6pm but warned us all that we may well be experiencing after effects tomorrow. We still have about 500 nautical miles to go to Reykjavik. Due to arrive there on Wednesday.

We have used the onboard wheelchair today which has been useful, we have cancelled one shore excursion so far as it appears that it could be a length of the ship walk to the tuktuk. That distance could be a stressful challenge do we decided to cancel now while there is a chance to get some money back. There is always something else to do. Hope you are all safe from Storm Floris.
