Mono Monday 602 :: MM602 :: Order

This is the fading line where my full fibre cable should be laid. My order with Sky has not happened although I started the process in May. Back then I was sent the modem and TV box within days, then an engineer attended, drilled a hole in the wall and fitted boxes inside and out. He asked where the cable was, I said back at his depot.

I had told them at the beginning the cable would need to be dug to my house. They didn't listen, nor did they to the 3 engineers who have attempted to connect me since.

This line was sprayed last month. The marks on the grass are now in the green recycle bin. The lines on the driveway are wearing thin like my patience. I was promised this Thursday for the work to be done, this has now been pushed back to the 16th September. 

A call to the Sky retention department resolved nothing. In the meantime I'm heading towards an increase in fees from my current provider next month when my contract expires. To add insult to injury Sky have been charging me for TV services I can't use, twice I have had to call to get a refund. 

So my offering for today's Mono Monday is to say Sky have been Out of ORDER..!

Needless to say they are blaming Outreach. :o(
