As Autumn Approaches

Not a great day. Decorating the kitchen was arduous and didn’t go too well so back to it tomorrow. Then I took a new, unworn dress out of my wardrobe and discovered two big holes! The mouse that Alice kindly brought home that I rescued from the wardrobe had clearly been in there for some time and only had a cotton dress to nibble! I just hope I don’t find any more destruction in there!
My EB meant a dash into the garden in the drizzle. I noticed that the conkers are forming already and the Golden Rod seems to be early this year too.,
