Clear and Calm

Perfect weather for a walk.  =1C to +8C.  Eleven walkers turned up at the meeting place, they drove to the Mototauu car park, walked down 115 steps to the river below, then walked along the track for four and a half k's, (6 K steps) had lunch, then turned back, finishing the walk with a struggle up the 115 steps back to the cars!  I met them at three parks for a cuppa, cake and chat.  They said the track was nice and new, with hand rails over the styles, but not down the steps.
