Enjoying the ride

I couldn’t resist a quick snap of these two (presumably father and son though perhaps not) enjoying riding together despite the drizzle.

It was a very lovely swim this morning. Just really peaceful. Colder than ER but not cold. 15.5 according to Tine’s thermometer.
Today we had Tine, Linda and Lucy (Merlin and Bella - I didn’t take the girls).

Hospital. Mom was sitting up talking to Stewart when I arrived. We ate cake together and enjoyed listening to some music. Mom didn’t want the hospital food again so gave her mince n tatties which she ate half then finished with ice cream. She was tired then but was sat up for over 2hrs.

Home and we ended up having an impromptu games night at Tine’s. I quickly walked the girls, made dinner and took all three with me! :)

Spoke to Cathie on the phone once I’d got home. She’s back tomorrow. (Just for the record, I had a really good sleep last night. I think I must have slept right through. :)
