I had a lovely walk with Django in the morning -  a lot of birds, butterflies, moths and  even a toad and some deer - Then I got back to the cleaning, and some food prep. My childhood friend Alain and his wife Valérie are coming for a few day tomorrow evening. Julian started repairing the stairs to the attic today - so much for cleaning the hallway and stairs.. Hey-ho, it's only dust and it needs doing.
