Trip Home

For the trip home I stuck mainly to the A15 and A19. As with heading south on Friday we found it a much more scenic route with less frustration I have been experiencing on the A1(M) lately. 

I wanted a snap of the open fields of Lincolnshire but couldn't find many stopping places. The scene I managed to capture was between the villages of Folkingham. Osbournby and Threekingham. Don't you just love the names of English villages?

The other two shots I'm calling The Cathedrials of Power, Old & New. I have never driven through Lincoln before, it will be worth a longer look in future. We passed Drax as we headed into North Yorkshire. 

I have a busy week ahead, I may only get into the Men's Shed on Tuesday.
