Later visited our 97 year old friend where conversation arrived at the way sentences are constructed in English and other languages. According to Michael Rossen, "Word of Mouth", (some blippers would love this),we do definitely have a construction /word order, whether we are aware of it or not eg. we would say " the little green apple", not the green little apple".
So much for a quiet Sunday afternoon!
