The calm before …?

Chris picked up his brother, who lives in Barcelona and had been on holiday in France, from the airport this morning, so he’ll be with us for a bit. This afternoon we went up to the Botanics for lunch (getting to be a habit) and sat there for a couple of hours catching up. This lovely patch of “wild” flowers is near the pond.

The day was much warmer than I had expected, but I wonder what tomorrow will bring. We got a message from SP Networks (no doubt since we are elderly and vulnerable) today to tell us what precautions to take in the event of power cuts etc.
