A Small Quiet English Town

At the Sidmouth Folk Festival today. Folk dancing and music of all description fills the streets for a week in this small quiet English town, the title of a DVD on sale compiled from film taken over many years. The Festival began in 1955. . Once again we met up with Jacqui’s brother, a fool of some repute, but he was resting. His side (Kennet Morris) were saving themselves for a dancing session on Sunday.. Not sure where the side in EXTRA are from. It was a beautiful day, and this small quiet English town was a glorious backdrop for the music and dancing, and was certainly not quiet, but filled with the catchy sound of squeezeboxes.
